送料：日本へのお届けは、届く荷物1つにつき776円です。同じ工場のグループ（①米国の工場で刷る半袖Tシャツ ②ロングスリーブT ③日本の工場で刷る半袖Tシャツ）から届く商品は、何枚でもまとめて1つの荷物になります。グループをまたいでご注文の場合は荷物が分かれ、1,552円（2つ）・2,328円（3つ）となります。日本以外へのお届けはご注文手続き中に表示します。発送元の工場が分かれる場合は、荷物ごとに送料がかかります。
商品代金・送料以外にご負担いただくもの：関税・輸入消費税など。米国の工場から発送する商品は、日本へのお届けでも輸入扱いです。ご注文の合計額によっては、お受け取り時に関税・輸入消費税と配送業者の手数料（目安：1回のお届けにつき0〜1,000円程度）がかかる場合があり、配送業者にお支払いいただきます。金額は税関が決めます。日本以外へのお届けで、受け取り時に関税・税金がかかる場合もお客様のご負担です（ノルウェーは付加価値税25%と関税（衣類は約10.7%）・配送業者の手数料、スイスは税額がCHF 5を超える場合に付加価値税と手数料がかかります）。

・ロングスリーブT：White・Navy・Maroon・Black の S〜XL は通常、日本の工場から6〜8営業日（日本の工場の在庫が切れている場合は米国から発送されることがあります）、それ以外の色・サイズは米国の工場から通常11〜14営業日

繁忙期や通関の状況により遅れることがあります。発送時に追跡番号をメールでお送りします。
返品・交換（返品特約）：受注生産のため、お客様のご都合（サイズ・色・イメージ違いなど）による返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けできません。刷り損じ・破損・誤配送など当方の責任による不具合は、無料で交換または返金します。商品到着後30日以内に、注文番号と写真を添えてメールでご連絡ください（期限後もまずご相談ください）。返送が必要な場合の送料は当方が負担します。なお、関税・輸入消費税のお支払いがないことによる受け取り拒否や、長期不在などで商品が返送・廃棄された場合は、返金できません。お手入れの方法に沿わない洗濯・乾燥や、着用と洗濯をくり返したことによる色あせ・縮み・プリントのひび割れや剥がれは対象外です。

Shipping: Shipping to Japan is ¥776 per parcel. Items from the same facility group — (1) tees printed in the US, (2) long sleeves, (3) tees printed in Japan — ship together as one parcel, however many you order. Orders spanning groups ship as separate parcels: ¥1,552 for two, ¥2,328 for three. Shipping to other destinations is shown at checkout; if your items ship from different facilities, shipping is charged per parcel.
Other costs: Items shipped from our US facility are imports, even when delivered to Japan. Depending on your order total, import duties, consumption tax and a carrier fee (roughly ¥0–1,000 per delivery) may be charged on delivery and are paid to the carrier. The amount is set by customs. For other destinations, any import duties or taxes charged on delivery are paid by the customer (Norway: 25% VAT, about 10.7% duty on clothing and a carrier fee; Switzerland: VAT and a carrier fee when the VAT exceeds CHF 5).
Payment: Credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PAYCO (for Korea). Only the methods shown at checkout are available. Charged when you order.
Delivery: Short-sleeve tee (Comfort Colors, printed in the US): usually 11–14 business days from order. Oversized tee (printed in Japan; Japan and East Asia only): usually 6–8 business days to Japan, no import duties. Long sleeve: White, Navy, Maroon and Black in S–XL are usually printed in Japan (6–8 business days; if out of stock there, they may be printed in the US); other colors and sizes are printed in the US (usually 11–14 business days). (The above is for Japan.) US: printed in the US, usually 6–8 business days, shipped duty-paid. Canada and Australia: colors stocked locally are printed there, others in the US. Norway and Switzerland: printed in the EU (Latvia or Spain), usually 8–12 business days. Tees printed in Japan to East Asia: roughly 1–2 weeks. Other countries: usually 2–5 weeks.
Returns: Items are made to order, so returns or exchanges for change of mind (size, color, etc.) are not accepted. Misprints, damage or wrong items are replaced or refunded free of charge. Please email us with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery. We cover any return shipping. Orders refused on delivery (for example, because import duties were not paid) or returned as unclaimed cannot be refunded. Wear from washing or drying against the care instructions, or from repeated wear and washing (fading, shrinking, cracking or peeling of the print), is not covered.
