返金ポリシー

返品・交換・返金

受注生産のため、お客様のご都合（サイズ・色・イメージ違い、ご注文後の気変わりなど）による返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けできません。

刷り損じ・破損・汚れ・誤配送など当方の責任による不具合は、無料で交換または返金します。

1. 商品到着後30日以内に、注文番号と不具合箇所の写真を添えて yawarakajazzvinyl@gmail.com へご連絡ください（期限を過ぎた場合もまずご相談ください）。
2. 内容を確認のうえ、交換品の発送または返金をご案内します。返送が必要な場合の送料は当方が負担します。
3. 返金はご購入時の支払方法に対して行います。

関税・輸入消費税のお支払いがないことによる受け取り拒否や、長期不在などで商品が返送・廃棄された場合は、返金できません。

洗濯による傷みについて：洗濯のたびにプリントと生地は少しずつ傷みます。裏返してネットに入れ、手洗いかおしゃれ着洗い（弱水流）で洗い、乾燥機は使わずに陰干ししてください。お手入れの方法に沿わない洗濯・乾燥や、着用と洗濯をくり返したことによる色あせ・縮み・プリントのひび割れや剥がれは、交換・返金の対象外です（お届け時点の刷り損じ・破損は上記のとおり対象です）。

Returns & Refunds

Items are made to order, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind (size, color, etc.).

If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or incorrect, we will replace or refund it free of charge. Please email yawarakajazzvinyl@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery. We cover any return shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Orders refused on delivery (for example, because import duties were not paid) or returned as unclaimed cannot be refunded.

Wear from washing: Washing slowly wears the print and fabric. Wash inside out, cold, gentle cycle, in a mesh bag. Hang dry — no dryer, no bleach. Don't iron directly on the print. Fading, shrinking or print cracking from washing isn't covered by replacement or refund (misprints or damage on arrival are covered as above).
