• Made to order: no returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind. Misprints, damage or wrong items are replaced or refunded free within 30 days of delivery (I cover return shipping).
• Washing: wash inside out, cold, gentle cycle, in a mesh bag. Hang dry — no dryer, no bleach. Don't iron directly on the print. Fading, shrinking or print cracking from washing isn't covered by replacement or refund.
• Delivery from order: usually 11–14 business days for items printed in the US, and 6–8 for tees printed in Japan and long sleeves shipped from Japan (long sleeves out of stock in Japan may ship from the US).
• Shipping is ¥776 per parcel. Items from the same facility group ship together as one parcel (e.g. two US-printed tees → ¥776). Combining US-printed tees, long sleeves and tees printed in Japan splits the order into separate parcels, e.g. ¥1,552. You'll see the total at checkout.
• Items from the US facility are imports: customs duty, consumption tax and a Japan Post handling fee are paid on delivery.
