This website is operated by Yawaraka Jazz. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Yawaraka Jazz. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, on the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms of service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content.

This site sells on-demand products made by Printful. Products are produced and shipped through Printful, an external service. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after an order is confirmed, or requests to adjust delivery dates. Please check your order carefully before placing it.

We may change these Terms when necessary. If we do, we will post the changes and their effective date on this page in advance.

1 - Online store terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age, or that you are using it with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

2 - General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

You may not copy, reuse or sell any content or service on this site without our permission.

3 - Accuracy and timeliness of information

Information on this site may contain errors or may not be up to date. Please check the latest information when using it.

If we find an error, we will correct it promptly and contact customers who have already ordered.

4 - Changes to services and prices

Prices may change without notice.

Because of Printful's systems, the availability of products or shipping may change suddenly. If we cannot produce or ship an item after you order, we will contact you and refund the full amount.

5 - Products

All products sold on this site are produced and shipped on demand by Printful, an external service.

Colors in product images may look different from the actual product depending on your display.

Because items are made to order, returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind are not accepted. Misprints, damage or wrong items are replaced or refunded free of charge if you contact us within 30 days of delivery (see our Refund Policy).

Replies to questions about production or shipping may take some time depending on Printful's processing status.

Washing slowly wears the print and fabric. Turn inside out, use a laundry net, hand wash or use a gentle/delicate cycle, and line dry in the shade — no tumble dryer. Fading, shrinking, or cracking or peeling of the print caused by washing or drying against these instructions, or by repeated wear and washing, is not covered by replacement or refund.

6 - Orders and account information

Please enter accurate information, such as your name, address and email address, when ordering.

We may cancel all or part of an order to verify its details or prevent fraud. In that case, we refund the full amount for the cancelled part.

We may refuse transactions that appear fraudulent, such as bulk orders or repeated orders to the same address.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute (this does not limit consumers' statutory rights).
