Returns & Refunds

Items are made to order, so I cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind (size, color, look, or changing your mind after ordering).

If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, stained or incorrect, I will replace or refund it free of charge.

1. Within 30 days of delivery, email yawarakajazzvinyl@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the problem (if it has been longer, please still get in touch).
2. After checking, I will send a replacement or arrange a refund. I cover any return shipping.
3. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Orders refused on delivery (for example, because import duties were not paid) or returned or discarded as unclaimed cannot be refunded.

Wear from washing: Washing slowly wears the print and fabric. Turn inside out, use a laundry net, hand wash or use a gentle/delicate cycle, and line dry in the shade — no tumble dryer. Fading, shrinking, or cracking or peeling of the print caused by washing or drying against these instructions, or by repeated wear and washing, is not covered by replacement or refund (misprints or damage present on delivery are covered as above).
